Accommodations

All scheduled events will take place at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, FL.

‍Hotel: Judi Health will arrange hotel accommodations and cover lodging costs for each attendee.

‍Confirmations will be sent out 1-2 weeks prior to the event.

*Any additional room nights required for an early arrival will be at your own expense.

‍Travel: All travel arrangements and expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.

When and where will the event take place?

Judi Health's Partner Summit will take place on February 8-9, 2027 at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, FL

What is the expected attendee profile for the event?

Attendees will consist of a mix of brokers & consultants, Judi Health prospective clients & current clients and internal employees

When should I expect to arrive and depart from the event?

Each attendee should arrive to the hotel anytime before 5:30 PM on Monday, February 8th and should plan to depart the morning of Thursday, February 10th.

‍Please note hotel check in isn't until 4 PM, and we can not guarantee any early check ins. Hotel check out is at 11 AM.

What is the dress code for the summit? (including receptions and dinner)

The event dress code is business casual. Jeans are allowed; however, shorts, swimwear, and athletic attire are not permitted.

Am I responsible for covering my own travel and accommodation expenses?

Any travel related expenses to and from the summit are the attendee's responsibility. Judi Health will arrange and cover any hotel costs. Any additional room nights required for an early arrival/extension will be at your own expense.
