What is Capital Rx’s Never Move Again™, and how does it work?
Never Move Again™ is a health benefit administration solution that offers larger employer groups (more than 10,000 employees) a stable, scalable foundation for their health benefits program.
It includes Judi®, Capital Rx’s AI-powered enterprise health platform for claim adjudication and data storage/access, and an award-winning customer contact center for member service.
Plan sponsors also have the flexibility to evaluate fulfillment and other “commodity” services individually, if they’d like.
What are the advantages of unbundling PBM services compared to traditional bundled services?
Plan sponsors can see the cost of the individual services in an unbundled model and can tailor their plan to meet the specific needs of their populations.
There is also assurance that any mistakes made whereby a member may receive more of a medication than is needed, or a relatively more expensive medication vs. a cheaper alternative are not the result of misaligned incentives that harm the plan.
