Connected benefit management, built for better decisions

Judi® (Judi) Health brings pharmacy, medical, and platform data together in one connected model, so you can see how benefits perform across the full ecosystem. Instead of managing separate vendors, separate datasets, and separate answers, you get a clearer view of cost, utilization, and opportunity in one place.

The problem

The problem with fragmented benefits

Most benefit programs still run through disconnected systems.

Pharmacy sits in one workflow. Medical sits in another. Reporting lives somewhere else. As a result, leaders spend too much time piecing together partial information and not enough time acting on it. That fragmentation creates real consequences:

Costs problems

Costs are harder to explain and harder to control.

Bad utilization

Utilization trends show up late, or not at all.

Incomplete views

Teams make decisions based on incomplete views of member behavior.

No single source

Procurement, finance, and benefit strategy often work from different versions of the truth.

When the model is disconnected, decision-making becomes reactive. That’s the real problem.
The Solution

How Judi Health works

Judi Health uses a unified model for connected benefit management.
Shared foundation connects pharmacy, medical, and operational workflows
Data stays unified, not siloed
Benefit teams work with aligned incentives and shared visibility

Here’s how the model works:

Unified pharmacy and medical data
Stakeholders have a more complete picture of utilization and cost drivers.
Operational workflows on the same platform
Actions, reporting, and oversight can follow the same logic across benefit areas.
Insights move faster across the system
Teams don’t need to reconcile separate sources before they can make decisions.
Strategy improves over time
The model makes it easier to see how one area influences another.

One View. Smarter Benefits Decisions.

A pharmacy trend can shape medical spend. A utilization pattern in medical can point to adherence issues, care gaps, or opportunities for earlier intervention. If those signals stay separated, leaders miss the broader story.

Judi Health connects that story.
One operating model, not point solutions
A more usable view of performance
Sharper analysis, more confident planning

Why judi

Why is this model different

Traditional benefit models divide responsibility across multiple vendors, systems, and reporting structures. That may be common, but it doesn’t create clarity.

Instead of separating pharmacy, medical, and infrastructure, Judi Health connects them through a shared model designed to support better decisions from the start.

Shared Data

Shared Data

Teams work from connected information, not disconnected reports.

Aligned Incentives

Aligned Incentives

The model supports coordination across benefit
functions, rather than pushing each area to operate on its own.

Faster Insights

Faster Insights

Leaders can identify patterns sooner because they donʼt need to assemble the story after the fact.

Holistic Decision-Making

Holistic Decision-Making

Pharmacy and medical choices can be evaluated
together, with a clearer view of enterprise impact.

What changes when the model changes? You spend less time interpreting gaps between systems and more time acting on what the data is telling you.
Value And Impact

A connected model does more than simplify reporting.

It changes how benefit organizations operate.

For stakeholders evaluating new approaches, that’s the point. The value doesn’t come from adding another layer of complexity. It comes from replacing fragmented management with a connected model that supports clearer action.

With Judi Health, teams can move toward:

Better Cost Control
See cost drivers across benefit areas, not just within one silo.
Operational Clarity
Reduce fragmentation across vendors, workflows, and internal teams.
Stronger Strategy Alignment
Give procurement, benefit leadership, and finance a more consistent foundation for planning.
More Confident Decisions
Act on a fuller picture of utilization, performance, and opportunity.

"From the community-based healthcare provider perspective, Judi Health's prescription benefit design and management has swilly proven itself the cure for what ails the US pharmaceutical supply chain. FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a level-funded pharmacy benefit plan?

A level-funded pharmacy benefit plan offers a defined monthly premium rate covering expected claims, admin fees, and stop-loss. There are benefits to a plan sponsor if plan performance is better than projected.

How do refunds and credits work?

It depends on the performance of the plan. If your actual pharmacy costs are less than expected, you may receive a refund or rate credit.

Is this a merger or an acquisition?

No. This is a brand evolution and organizational alignment. There is no change to our ownership structure or leadership team as a result of the name change and rebranding.

Will the rebranding affect member experience or operations?

No, operations and member experience will remain the same. Claims processing, account support, service delivery, implementation work, and member support will continue as they do today for all Judi Rx clients and plan members; however, members will begin to see updated branding over the summer (Judi Rx replacing Capital Rx over time), but the core experience will remain stable.
