Judi Health is proud to share that we have won seven awards at the 2026 Stevie® Awards! These awards mean a lot to our team, as we have placed a premium on caring for members and clients alike since our inception. Over the last 3 years, the Judi Health team has brought home 16 Stevie® Awards!

Client Resolution Team: Customer Service Team of the Year - Gold
Our Client Resolution Team took home a Gold Stevie for Customer Service Team of the Year – and they more than earned it.
Not only did this team deploy redesigned triage and escalation protocols that considerably reduced open cases, but they also maintained continuity of care for tens of thousands of members, resolving innumerable high-risk cases all in line with regulatory requirements.
Member Experience Team: Back-Office Team of the Year - Silver
This highly skilled team ensures every member, physician, and client communication is accurate, timely, and aligned with Judi Health's mission and values. Needless to say, the Member Experience Team has crucial responsibilities, and they have consistently risen to the occasion and delivered.
For three consecutive years, they've achieved 100% satisfaction survey scores and maintained a flawless record of zero defects or errors across tens of millions of communications! This combination of precision and reliability is truly extraordinary. In an industry where error rates and delays are common, they've set a new benchmark for excellence.
Judi Health Call Center: Contact Center of the Year - Silver
As Will Tafoya (SVP, Customer Care) noted during his appearance on The Astonishing Healthcare Podcast, "One of the things I've learned over the years is that customer care has to be knowledgeable about everything that occurs within the organization to be able to effectively serve the plan sponsor or member that's calling." That mentality has driven our approach to Customer Care, and the data proves it works.
Over the last year, the team has sustained an average post-call customer satisfaction rate of 98.5% and a Member NPS of 87. Both of these metrics vastly exceed industry standards. What's even more remarkable is that the team accomplished these achievements while managing 1.14 million interactions and navigating significant challenges, including migrating 5 million lives from a large mail-order and specialty pharmacy vendor to another (with uninterrupted service, near-zero abandoned rates, and record-high service levels).
These achievements are, put simply, astonishing.

Alyssa leads with empathy and understanding, and her diligent professionalism is part of the reason why she achieved a 99% quality accuracy rate across the year, alongside an overall Customer Satisfaction score of 98%!
Kristin Begley: Senior Sales Executive of the Year - Silver
In a market where confusion, competing interests, and obfuscation dominate PBM conversations, Kristin cuts through the noise with clarity. She helps clients understand what's actually possible, and she's never been afraid to point out the areas where the industry can and should be better.
Since she joined, Judi Health has appeared on the Inc. 5000 list for four consecutive years, often improving its ranking year over year. Adam Robbins: Customer Support Advocate of the Year - Bronze
Empathy is crucial in customer care. No matter the reason someone is calling for assistance, the caller's concern or question should be taken seriously. Adam Robbins leads with empathy every single day. He treats every member as if they were one of his own family, persistently exploring solutions, escalating issues when needed, and collaborating across teams until a resolution is achieved. He is always the first to volunteer for the most complex or emotionally sensitive cases.
Adam's dedication is rooted in the belief that members deserve dignity, clarity, and follow-through, especially during vulnerable moments, and that's exactly what this recognition reflects.
